Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) assessment 90-minute team debriefing or an expanded version of a 2.5 hour workshop 

This 90-minute virtual team debrief session will provide participants with a good understanding of their own Hardiness results, and how to further develop this competency. An individual who has a high level of overall hardiness can effectively manage his or her own reactions to any circumstantial change. They are also capable of bouncing back and prepared to approach other challenges as they occur. These individuals are always focused when facing adversity and are often very
influential people. This is an essential strength to successful leadership because of their impact on others.  Three resilience qualities measured are: Challenge, Control and Commitment.  A feedback report provides an understanding and interprets the sub-scales and how to balance them.  Each participant will receive a link to take the assessment prior to the workshop or debriefing session.  The report will be emailed just prior to the workshop or debriefing.
