Description
EQ 360 individual feedback assessment with a 42-page report provides a deeper view of the EQi 2.0 with peers, direct reports, managers, and others assessing the initial person with an assessment sent to each of them. There is a minimum of 3 raters and a maximum of 25. The findings are compiled in a report to the initial assessment taker. When observer ratings are compared with the results of an EQ-i 2.0 self-report, a more complete 360-degree profile emerges. The EQi 2.0 that is taken by the individual and others complete the assessment on the initial person, The results are interpreted in a detailed report to assist the person in finding blind spots and areas of agreement.
