Once payment is received, a link to take the assessment online will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Upon completion, Victoria, your certified administrator, will set up a time convenient for you to complete a one-hour debriefing phone or Zoom video session. You will be sent your detailed 21-page assessment results online prior to the debriefing session.
The EQi 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment measures 5 composites and 16 subscales. The 5 composites are self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making, and stress management. The 15 sub-scales are - self-regard, self-actualization, emotional self-awareness, emotional expression, assertiveness, independence, interpersonal relationships, empathy, social responsibility, problem-solving, reality testing, impulse control, flexibility, stress tolerance, and optimism. Happiness is also scored through a combination of 4 competencies, although it is not one of the sub-scales.
The EQi 2.0 model of emotional intelligence is a snapshot of a person's current emotional intelligence. The assessment is multiple choice (133 items) and takes 15- 20 minutes to complete. Once complete, the results are automatically generated in a 21-page report that the certified test administrator will provide and interpret with the test taker individually for 60 minutes via Zoom video or over the phone. Their results report will be email to each of them just prior to the 90-minute debrief session to interpret the results.
