- Workshops are presented virtually on Zoom (or Google Meet by special request) or at your organization’s location.
- Any Rising EQ workshop pricing will be based upon the client requirements and the number of attendees.
- Each attendee will receive a workbook for half day (4 hour) training and a certificate of completion.

About your Rising EQ trainer
Trainer, author, speaker Victoria Smith, MS specializes in emotional intelligence to help people in the workplace improve the 15 specific competencies areas of their emotional intelligence. She has presented highly engaging, thought-provoking, and memorable training sessions to audiences across the United States since 2006.
She has a background in the corporate sector in hotel management at three and four star properties. She draws upon those workplace experiences to add value to the training and coaching sessions. She also uses her Master of Science degree in Counseling & Guidance from Texas A & M University to coach individuals in moving past roadblocks and challenges to improve their EI competencies.
Victoria has been certified to administer the most widely used and researched emotional intelligence suite of assessments, the EQi 2.0 since 2016. She administers the EQi 2.0 suite of assessments with virtual debriefing sessions across the world and offers post-EQi 2.0 coaching sessions to further analyze and improve competencies.
