The Change Style Indicator is a leadership assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides leaders of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style. Assessment takes about 10 minutes to complete. Once complete, a detailed results report will be emailed one day prior to the 90-minute debrief session.  The debrief session lasts 90 minutes to help your team members understand how they approach change and strategies to improve change management.  Team activities will be included in the debriefing.  Contact Victoria for discount rates for groups of 15 or more.
